In Loving Memory of Minister Zeresh Louise (Wright) Harrison

Minister Zeresh Louise (Wright) Harrison, daughter of the late Gladys Mae (Williams) Wright and Bernard C. Wright Sr., was born in Newark, NJ, on March 21, 1964, the eighth of thirteen children. She peacefully passed away on November 4, 2025, at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN.
She attended Weequahic High School in Newark, NJ, and went on to graduate from Essex County College’s Nursing Program in Newark, NJ, as well as Columbia State Community College in Columbia, TN. With two Associate’s degrees, one Bachelor’s degree, and multiple professional certifications, she faithfully pursued her passion for helping youth, leading by faith, and giving back to the communities she called home.
She was preceded in death by her sisters: Zomie Leona Wright, Zola Lavern Wright and brother: Bernard Calvin Wright Jr.; and her late husband Alfred Francisco Harrison Sr., who passed on August 5, 2020.
Minister Z survived by her children: Troy Malcolm Cleckley, Jasmine Al-Ziteria (Josh) Caston, Alfred Francisco (Shenetra) Harrison Jr., and Jessica Gladys Harrison; her beloved grandchildren: Leah Skye, Alayzia Jeneé, Alfred Fransico III, Joshua Micah Jr., Jaize Mykai, Jaazíel Al-Zeré Rose, and Jiel Makari; her five sisters: Apostle Zeda Brenda (Marvin) Gardner, Linda Joyce (John) Moore, Zelda Mae Wright, Minister Zoe Pamela Wright, Zeporia Gladys Lee; and four brothers: Elder Bryant Carlton Wright, Administrative Pastor Bruce Carmel (Judy) Wright, Bartholomew Cornelius Wright, and Benjamin Cecil Wright; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, & friends.
Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, she is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. missed beyond measure
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at the Memorial Building in Columbia, TN (308 W 7th St, Columbia, TN 38401) on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 4:00pm.
