William Russell Figgins, age 88, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, previously of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Life Care Center.
The family will hold a service at a later date in Virginia. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
