Wesley Castleman

Wesley C. Castleman, age 48, a resident of Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Born on June 10, 1977, in Trenton, Tennessee, Wesley was the son of Tommy and Brenda Castleman. Over the years, he worked with Wilbert Vault in Jackson, Cedar Creek Lumberyard, Tristate Forest Products, Cedar Direct, and Kroger. Wesley lived a life filled with simple joys—he loved hunting, fishing, gardening, and crafting knives and sheaths. He was known for his bright personality, his sense of humor, and his gift for making others laugh. He shared a special bond with his beloved pets: his cats, Casper and Lily, and his dog, Josi. Above all, Wesley cherished his family and held them close to his heart.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Dana Boyd Castleman, daughter, Janna Castleman (significant other, Alex Hyland), brother, Dale (Jennifer) Castleman, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Salem Baptist Church in Trenton, Tennessee. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
