Wanda was born on October 26, 1941, and was the daughter of the late Fey Johnson Maas and the late Saddie Juanita Wiggins. She is survived by her children, Caryol F. Lloyd, Cynthia Oliver, Donald Chatman, and James Richard Bramlett, Jr.
