Tony Ray Berry

Tony Berry, age 76, resident of Columbia, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2019 at his residence.

Tony was born May 29, 1942 in Maury County and was the son of the late James Ernest Berry, Jr. and the late Hazel Berry. He served in the United States Navy for twenty-two years and worked for Auto Zone for twenty-four years. He enjoyed rebuilding Ford Mustangs and collected knives.

He is survived by his wife: Pearl Phillips Berry of Columbia; sons: Joe (Peggy) Cannady, Jr. of Douglasville, GA and James (Kim) Berry; sisters: Trudy Berry, Sandy Gayle Berry, and Bobbie Jean Workman; grandchildren: Toni Lynne Barry and Ashlyn Berry; and great granddaughter: Alleahi Berry.
