Timothy Ray Franklin, a resident of Dickson, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026 at St. Thomas West. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born January 24, 1974 in Nashville, he was the son of Benjamin Franklin and the late Shelia Luna Smith. Timothy was a skilled craftsman and enjoyed working with his hands, building racecars, spending time with his grandchildren and friends, he was known for his outgoing personality and never met a stranger. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughter, Barrie-D Nash, son, Travis (Kayla) Tice, brother, Samuel (Jenny) Luna, grandchildren, Jasper Nash, Nova Dawson, Jonathan Tice, Tristan Tice, Trenton Tice, and his brest friends, Tyree Austin, and Marshall Neblett.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Brenda Smith.
