Thomas "Tom" Martin Luckey

Mr. Thomas “Tom” Martin Luckey, age 76, husband of Louise Luckey, and a resident of Columbia, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on October 28, 1946, in Oakland, California, Tom was the son of the late Charles E. Luckey and the late Vergie Leigh Elfman Luckey Busse. He worked forty-five years for General Motors before retiring in 2010. He married Louise on June 5, 2004. Tom loved to travel, especially to the beach, and also enjoyed fishing. Above all, he loved his family and friends and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Monika (Dave) King, Enitra (Mark) Henderson, Chi (David) Dahlgren, Teresa (Troy) Roberts Kopel, Kathryn (Tim) Roberts Modine, grandchildren, Justin, Ryan, Mikayla, David, Brittney, Katie, Logan, Piper, Scott, Amber, Rayven, and great grandchildren, Mason, Gunner, Carson, Hadley, Noah, Tate, Kinsley, Trevor, Preston, and Sammie.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his step father, Robert “Bob” Busse and brother, Charles Luckey.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation 3401 Mallory Ln Suite 100, Franklin, TN 37067 or the American Cancer Society 2000 Charlotte Ave, Nashville, TN 37203.
