Tammy Loraine Huckaby

Tammy Loraine Huckaby, age 61, a resident of Culleoka, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Maury Regional Hospital.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 12PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Brandon Cochran officiating. A visitation will also be on Saturday October 10, 2026 from 11-12 at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on November 5, 1964 in Elkhart, Indiana, Tammy was the daughter of the late Charles Peters and the late Helen Blalock Peters. She enjoyed the simple things in life, being outdoors, fishing, cooking, taking road trips, and a love for animals. Spending time with her children and grandchildren brought her a tremendous amount of joy. A loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Tammy is survived by her sons, Stevie Shelden (Tiffany), Joseph Peters, brother, Jeffery (Shawna) Peters, grandchildren, C.J. Shelden, Jacob Peters, Tristan Peters, Joslyn Peters, Jayden Peters, Braxton Peters, fiancé, Jimmy Watson, nephew, Austin Peters, and her beloved cousin, Janie Boshers.
