Suellen Peterson

Suellen Peterson, a resident of Lewisburg TN, passed away Tuesday morning, April 7, 2020.

She was born in Harrisburg, IL on October 4, 1941, a daughter of the late Fern and Fred Dabney.

Suellen is survived by her spouse of 58 years: John M. Peterson of Lewisburg; her sons: Eric (Melissa) Peterson of IL, Brad (Kelly) Peterson of Shelbyville, Drew (Heather) Peterson of Spring Hill; daughter: Beth (Kyle) Waters of Hendersonville and brother: Fred (Priscilla) Dabney of North Carolina. She also has eight grandchildren Stephanie, Mark, Jackie, Jessica (Hugh Johnson), Courtney, Gretchen, Danny, Violet, Luke and Gus; and four great grandchildren: Miyah, Maverick, Ember, and Maclynn.

Known as the most caring person; Suellen loved to read, work puzzles, and to play games with her children and many grandchildren. Prior to being retired, she was a nurse who was loved by all the patients lucky enough to have her care for them.

The family will be having a private service at a later date.
