Ronnie E. Tomlin

Ronnie E. Tomlin, age 67, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at his residence, after an extended illness.

Born on March 26, 1958, in Nashville, Tennessee, Ronnie was the son of the late C.E. Tomlin and the late Mary Jean Hadley Tomlin Gidcomb. He was a former member of Labors Union Local #386. His favorite past time was fishing and listening to music. Mr. Tomlin was of the Baptist faith and loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

R.T. is survived by a daughter, Lori Michelle Sparkman and son, Matthew Brandon Tomlin, brother, Roger D. Tomlin of Pulaski, half brother, Michael Tomlin of Columbia, uncle, Jerry Hadley of Fairview, along with grandchildren, nieces, and a nephew. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his younger brother, Charles Neal Tomlin.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family requests a private service to be held at a later date.

A special thank you is extended to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Gentevia Hospice for their care for Ronnie during his illness.
