Rebecca Sue Ladd

Rebecca Sue Ladd, age 66, a resident of Columbia, previously of Waynesboro, passed away Sunday evening, September 20, 2020 at Lifecare Center.

An inurnment service will be held by family at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.

A long-time resident of Waynesboro, the home of her ancestors, Rebecca was born on May 17, 1954 in Verdun, France. She worked over twenty years as a long-haul truck driver and was a minister of the United Methodist Church in Arkansas and Nashville. She was most recently a member of Waynesboro United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her cousins: Janice Oliver Hay, Layton Oliver, Robert Harris, Jr., Terry White, Pam Foster, Sherrie Sprose, Earon Long; aunts: Elsie Harris, Jeannine Long; and beloved dog, Petey.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Jo White Arnold cousins: Mike White, Tommy Oliver, and Jack Oliver.
