Priscilla Elaine Knight

Priscilla Elaine Knight, age 78, wife of Gerald Wayne Knight, and a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026, at NHC Columbia.

Born on December 5, 1947, in Nashville, Tennessee, Elaine was the daughter of the late Vallas Alan Braswell and the late Lillie Mai Aldridge Braswell. In December of 1963, she married Gerald Wayne Knight. Elaine’s longtime passion was raising registered American Dairy Goats.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Karen (Terry) King, Tammy Knight, Teresa (Elmer) Twilley, nine grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Johnny Braswell and Eddie Braswell.

The family will celebrate her life privately. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
