Polly Ann Gray

Polly Ann (Green) Gray, age 86, of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, passed away on May 13, 2026, at NHC Scott, Lawrenceburg, TN.

Polly was born on May 16, 1940, in Lawrenceburg, TN and was a devoted Christian and a longtime member of Pulaski Street Church of Christ. She was a hard worker with a servant's heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William “Pete” and Blanche Green of Lawrenceburg, TN; three brothers, Delmar Andrews of Lawrenceburg, TN, Waymon Green of Lawrenceburg, TN and Mike Green of Mt. Juliet, TN; three sisters, Imogene Tidwell of Nashville, TN, Dorothy Tidwell of Nolensville, TN and Ruby Spears of Leoma, TN; two nieces, Donna Rayfield of Lawrenceburg, TN and Pam Spears of Leoma, TN; one nephew, Adam Green of Mt. Juliet, TN.

Polly is survived by one son, Bob Gray and his wife, Amy of Lawrenceburg, TN and one grandson, Lucas D. Gray of Knoxville, TN; two sisters, Bobbie Underwood of Lawrenceburg, TN and Peggy Green of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother, William Green of Lebanon, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Per Polly’s request, a graveside service for her immediate family will be held at a later date. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
