Phillip Matthew “Matt” Shook, 35, resident of Columbia, passed away Tuesday, March 18.
Matt was born December 3, 1990 in Rutherford County, TN. Son of Tammy Barrett and the late Phillip Lee Shook He worked as a brick mason in construction.
In addition to his mother, Matt is survived by his brother: Bobby Shook of Shelbyville.
Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
