Patricia Ann Campbell, age 74, wife of Hassell Campbell, and a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at her residence.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Heritage Funeral Home with Terry Peery officiating. Burial will follow in West Point Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery where friends and family will serve as pallbearers. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM and again on Saturday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Born on June 21, 1951, in Columbia, Ann was the daughter of the late Charles Vester Potts and the late Lula Margaret Stanfill Potts. She graduated from Columbia Central High School and went on to earn her master’s degree in accounting. Ann dedicated many years to General Electric as a computer operator before her retirement, and later worked in finance with Spontex, where she continued her career until retiring again.
Ann was an avid bowler for more than twenty years. It was at the bowling alley that she met Hassell, and the two married on June 26, 1970. She also enjoyed shopping and spending time with those she loved. Ann was a member of West Point Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Jenna Brandi Campbell, brother, David (Angie) Potts, nephews, Blake (Laura) Potts and Eli Potts, niece, Harleigh Potts, sisters and brothers in law, Billie (Jimmy) Whitehurst, Joan Bradford, Annie Parks, Jimmy (Sherry) Campbell, special friend and caregiver, Brandy Crowe, and several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to extend a very special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Hospice Compassus for their excellent care for Ann.
