Pamela Faye Hayes Thomason

Pamela Faye Hayes Thomason, age 65, a resident of Ethridge, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at her residence. 

Born on May 13, 1959, in Mansfield, Ohio, Pam was the daughter of the late William Hayes and the late Mary Green Hayes. She dedicated her life to caring for others, working for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant and in various roles within the medical field. Pam was married to the love of her life, Donnie Wright Thomason, for twenty-nine wonderful years until his passing on November 14, 2024. She found immense joy in gardening, canning, and baking, but her greatest happiness came from her family, especially her husband and beloved grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Erica (Rob) Gill of Roan Mountain, TN, stepdaughters, Glenda Thomason of Mt. Pleasant, TN, Samantha (David) Howell of Lawrenceburg, TN, sister, Karen (Dave) Barnes of Florida, grandchildren, Chantel Prince, Danielle Thornsberry, Ashlynn (Jordan) Staggs, Brianna Moyer, Carleigh Thomason, Donnie Ray Howell, Sam Howell, and one great grandchild, Amelia Staggs. 

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Adam Moyer, and sister, Patti Weirick. 

The family will celebrate her life with a private service. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
