Mrs. Mildred Louise Huckaby, age 90, a resident of Spring Hill passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2026 at Poplar Estates.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 1PM at Williamson Memorial. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026 from 10AM-12PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on July 24, 1935 in Maury County, Mildred was the daughter of the late Leon Tomlin and the late Margie Brown Tomlin. Known for her outgoing personality she enjoyed racing go-karts and roller skating, listening to country music, cooking, traveling, never turning down Mexican food or ice cream, and spending time with her family. Being with her family brought her an immense amount of joy. She was married to her first husband Paul Huckaby for for thirty-seven years before he passed. She was a member of New Lasea Church of Christ. A loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mildred is survived by her sons, Billy (Maria) Huckaby, Ricky (Jerrie) Huckaby, Mark Huckaby (Louis Tejada), sister, Ann Fitzgerald, five grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas Tomlin, Ray Tomlin, Gene Tomlin, and Joe Tomlin.

Pallbearers will be: Brannon Huckaby, Brian Emerson, Gage Emerson, Elliott Huckaby, Fisher Hie, Zach Adkison, Gavin Davis, and Payne Colvett.
