Michael Dewayne Richardson

A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Maury Memorial Gardens with military honors provided by the United States Army. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Michael Dewayne Richardson known as “Bubba" was born February 15,1954 in Marion County Indiana to Mary Elizabeth Grandberry Richardson and James L. Richardson. Michael was educated in the Maury County school system in Mt Pleasant Tennessee. Michael was an Honorable Veteran having served in the United States Army. Michael was a member of Evergreen M.B. Church under Pastor Kevin Welch.

He was preceded in death by Mother, Father, and Grandparents Frankie Grandberry Frierson and Bethel Grandberry; as well as other relatives.

He leaves to cherish his memory Loving and devoted Wife Debbra Diane Richardson. Sisters - Juanita Richardson, Anita Smith of Columbia, TN, Barbara Ann Pitts, Velma “Chocolate" Richardson, Wanda Small and Roeneka "Roe" Keller of Los Angeles, CA; Brothers- Tony (Kim) Martin, Johnny (Martha) Richardson of Columbia, TN, Bernard “Goo" (Elizabeth) Richardson of Schertz, TX. Devoted Stepchildren: Tamika (Mike) Pillow -Thompson & Lamar Pillow and Devoted Step Grand Children- Sha'Niqua Braden, LaTiqua Mathers and KaMeasha Pillow and Several in-laws. Very devoted Niece Angela (Missy) Mosley and Great-great Nieces Miracle and Precious and a host of other Family, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends.
