Mark David Cooke

Mark David Cooke, age 62, a resident of Primm Springs, Tennessee, passed away at his home on Friday, June 13, 2025.

Born in Gary, Indiana, Mark was the son of the late David Larry Cooke and the late Patricia Ann Boyd Cooke. A skilled mechanic with a gift for fixing just about anything, Mark owned and operated Cycle Authority in Columbia for over 12 years. He was known not only for his mechanical talents but also for his generous spirit and willingness to help the ones he cared for.

Mark loved life on the road, often traveling with his wife across the eastern United States, always hauling his bass boat and motorcycles along for the ride. He enjoyed telling a good joke, and his sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. Above all, Mark was a devoted husband and a good man.

He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Lynne Cooke; his brother, Leonard (Marla) Cooke; and his sisters, Rhonda (Robert) Walters and Roslynn (Robbie) Roettger; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Desiree Cooke.
