Margaret "Margo" Andrews

Margaret “Margo Grandmaw” Andrews, age 67, wife of Robert Andrews, and a resident of Culleoka, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, September 8, 2025.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Heritage Funeral Home with Danny Grooms officiating. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in Polk Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on November 27, 1957, in Maury County, Tennessee, Margo was the daughter of the late James Robert Benderman and the late Nellie Mae George Benderman. She began her career as a seamstress at Dixie Manufacturing and Southeastern Shirt Corporation, spent many years working as a waitress, and later dedicated herself to serving others as a private caregiver for the elderly.

Margo enjoyed sewing, was known for her cooking, and found joy in playing games on her phone. She had a very special love for her beloved dog, Bella and cat, Blue. She was a member of Porters Chapel Community Church.

She leaves behind her husband of thirty-eight years, Robert Andrews, son, Michael Shannon (Carrie) Davis, son in love, Steven Andrews, grandchildren, Rebecca (Blake) George, Lane (Destany) Davis, Marissa Davis, Hunter and Harley Andrews, great grandchild, Walker George, siblings, John (Mary) Benderman, Jemmy Faye Andrews, P.J. (Maria) Jarrell, Wesley Benderman, Debbie McCord, best friend, Linda Russell, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step son, Scott Andrews, brother in law, Roger Andrews, and sisters in law, Debbie Sullivan and Larraine Morgan.

Those serving as pallbearers will be Kirk Marks, Jacob McCord, Steven Andrews, Bill Dietz, Lane Davis, and JaKovie Williams.
