Louis F. Karling, age 55, a resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville.
Born on February 4, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois, Louis was the son of Janice M. Slaton Karling and the late Louis R. Karling. He was an avid sports enthusiast “Da Bears” who loved his family and friends.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Theodore (Delia) Karling of Chicago, IL; sister, Jennifer (Kevin) Wendt of Destin, FL; grandmother, Martha Kelley; nieces and nephews: Amanda, Andrew, and Aaron Wendt and Emily and Corina Karling; uncle, Scotty Slaton; and numerous cousins.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Grace Karling.
Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia is assisting the family with arrangements.
