Linda Jean Hosford

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of our beloved mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother, Linda Jean Hosford of Maury County, Tennessee on Sunday October 13, 2024 at the age of 80 years.

Linda is lovingly remembered by her son Danny Cothran, daughter Debra Boyd, daughter-in-law Deana Greer Cothran, grandchildren Christopher (Jordan) Davis, Benjamin Cothran, Samantha Cothran, Sheila Cothran, great grandchildren Kimberly Cothran, Oden Lewis, Rileigh Cothran, Ayden Cothran, Anderson Davis and her dear nephew Sammy Baugus Jr.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents James Lewis and Vennie Ailene Uselton and her sister Carolyn Baugus.

Linda was a hardworking amazing woman who always had a smile on her face. She was fiercely independent and was even mowing her own yard in May. Linda spent most of her career as a seamstress and she retired after several years of working at an assisted living home. She spent her time working Sudoku puzzles, crocheting and playing with her dog Charlie. Linda will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
