Laura Hart-Damm of Columbia, Tennessee

Laura Hart-Damm, age 62, a resident of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at her residence.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 3:30 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Rick Points officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Grace in Maury Memorial Gardens. A visitation will also be held on Wednesday from 2:00 – 3:30 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on November 29, 1960, in Los Angeles, California, Laura was the daughter of LaDeane Hart and the late Fred G. Hart. She was a hairdresser by trade, but enjoyed crafting, woodworking, and was an amazing cook.  She never met a stranger and had a special love for her dogs, especially her pit bull, Zeus.  Above all, she loved her family and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Tim Damm, Sr. of Columbia, TN, daughter, Shelli M. Hart of Nashville, TN, sons, Tim Damm, Jr. of Washington D.C., and Kenneth Damm of Lewisburg, TN; grandchildren, Shane Hart of Columbia, TN, Shawn Hart-Chambers of Columbia, TN, and Jesse Damm of Lawrenceburg, TN

Pallbearers will be Tim Damm, Sr., Tim Damm, Jr., Kenneth Damm, Shelli Hart, Shane Hart, and Shawn Hart-Chambers.
