Kurt Alan Stapish

Kurt Alan Stapish, age 68, a resident of Williamsport, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Maury Regional Medical Center.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on January 22, 1956, in Detroit, Michigan, Kurt was the son of the late Benjamin Stapish and the late Eleanor Mayville Burton. He dedicated many years of his career at General Motors before retiring. Well known as a jack-of-all-trades, Kurt also spent many dedicated hours as a lawnmower repairman and was a car enthusiast. He had a servant’s heart and loved his family immensely, especially his precious grandchildren.

Kurt is survived by his wife, Donna Whaling Stapish; son, Timothy (Donna) Stapish; daughter, Brittany Stapish; brothers, Randy Stapish and Kevin Stapish; sister, Colleen (Don) Fellows; and grandchildren, Savannah Hacker, Carsen Stapish, and Sierra Stapish.
