Kathy Gay Selby, age 68, passed away peacefully on Saturday evening, December 21, 2024.
Born on October 2, 1956, in Memphis, Tennessee, Kathy was the daughter of the late Jeff and Gail (Adkisson) Selby. She graduated from Hardin County High School and became a registered nurse, devoting her career to caring for others as a nurse at Methodist Hospital in Memphis before retiring. She also had a deep passion for horses, which brought her great joy throughout her life.
She is survived by her daughters, Heather (Peter) James of Muscle Shoals, AL, Holly McDaniel of Brentwood, TN, sister, Sheri (Randy) Rinks of Pickwick, TN, and grandchildren, Jackson David McDaniel, Selby Ann McDaniel, and Barrett Walter James.
Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
