Katelynn was born on May 7, 2008, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Robert Dupont, Sr., and Casey LeAnn Bankhead. From the moment she entered this world, Katelynn was a kind-hearted and bright soul, spreading love and joy wherever she went.

She began her schooling at Elysian Fields Elementary in Pre-K, then attended Arthur Circle Elementary for Kindergarten and part of first grade. Katelynn continued her education at Logansport Elementary School, where she was a cheerleader from second through fourth grade. A dedicated and hardworking young woman, Katelynn was proud to have saved enough money working at a Shell station to purchase her first car. Her vibrant spirit and warm smile could light up any room, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.
