Jeremy Zachariah Cooper Smith

Jeremy Zachariah Cooper Smith, age 20, a resident of Linden, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at his residence.

Born on January 11, 2005, in Coshocton, Ohio, Jeremy faced the challenges of muscular dystrophy from a young age. Though wheelchair-bound at the young age of nine, he embraced life with a bright spirit and a kind heart. Known for his respectful nature and wonderful personality, he found great joy in gaming.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Danielle Smith (Shane Clark), brother, Joseph Smith, sister, Jasmine (Collin) Boyd, special niece, Aurora Boyd, grandmother, Rita (Susan) Smith, father, Jeremy Cooper, and half siblings, Jacob Cooper, Matthew Trammel, Jade Cooper, and Jane Cooper.

There will be no public service. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
