Jeffery Dean Mathes of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee

Jeffery Dean Mathes, age 54, a resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away Sunday morning, February 5, 2023, at his residence.

Born on August 1, 1968, in South Bend, Indiana, Jeff was the son of the late Alford Mathes and the late Martha Collins Mathes. He worked as a self-employed contractor, enjoyed fishing, and was an avid Notre Dame football fan.

He is survived by his wife, Melinda Mathes, children, Ashley Mathes, Jeffery Mathes, Joshua Mathes, Kagan Mathes, sister, Collette Cabanaw, and three grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant child.

The family will celebrate his life with a service at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
