James Daniel Sullivan, Jr., age 50, resident of Columbia, passed away November 10 in Scottsville, KY.
Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Born July 26, 1973 in Corning, NY, he was the son of James Daniel Sullivan, Sr. and Ruth Hammond Maxwell. James was a Desert Storm Army Veteran and a truck driver by trade.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son: Patrick Sullivan of Brentwood; brothers: Christopher Karl Haischer of Texas and Shawn Sullivan of Savannah, TN; a sister: Leslie Anne Sullivan of New York.
