James Lowell Harrison

James Lowell Harrison, age 66, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025.

Born on August 13, 1958, in Hickman, Kentucky, James was the son of the late Carnell L. Harrison and Doris Ferguson Harrison. He worked for General Motors for 28 years before retiring. James enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and he also had a passion for photography.

He is survived by his loving mother, Doris Harrison; his children, Jennifer (Jonathan) Russom of Hickman, KY, Zach Harrison of Columbia, TN, and Alex Harrison of Columbia, TN; his brothers, Charles Harrison, Terrell Harrison, Robert Harrison, and Barry (Carolyn) Harrison; grandchildren, Mason Russom, McKenzie Russom, and Royden Harrison; and great-grandchild, Maverick Russom.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Maddox Russom, and his sister, Sharon Harrison.
