James Elmer Boshers

Mr. James Elmer Boshers, age 80, a resident of Culleoka, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at his residence.

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 11AM at the Mynders Community Center in the McCains Community.

Born on July 1, 1945 in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, James was the son of the late Elmer Boshers and the late Vera Estes Boshers. James was a loving husband, he celebrated fifty-five years of marriage with his beloved wife, Margie Faye Boshers. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed various styles of hunting, fishing, visiting the Amish community, reading, joking around with his friends and family, and his beloved animals.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brothers, W.L. (Juanita) Boshers, Roger Boshers, sisters, Lena Craig, Thelma Howell, Rubie Shirley, Sandra Cothron, Sharon Sanders, Lesha Young, and Robin Barnhill.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Huey Ernest Boshers, Mark Boshers, mother Odell Conner Boshers.
