James Walter Cooper, age 95, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Heritage Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with military honors provided by the Unites States Army. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
