Harriet Ann McNeilly

Harriet Ann Hunnicutt McNeilly, age 71, wife of Ray McNeilly, and a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2026, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Maury Memorial Gardens with John Osborne officiating. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on June 8, 1955, in Knox, Indiana, Harriet was the daughter of the late Harry Hunnicutt and the late Louise Kruger Hunnicutt. On July 12, 1975, she married Ray McNeilly, with whom she shared more than 51 years of marriage. A loving wife, devoted mother, and doting grandmother, Harriet's greatest joy was her family. She treasured the relationships she shared with her loved ones and made it a priority to stay connected with family, both near and far.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Ryan (Charmaine) McNeilly, Carrie (Bobby) Gasser, Cory (Shea) McNeilly, Ashley (Taylor) Reaves, brothers, Fred Hunnicutt, Mark (Sally) Hunnicutt, Roger (Val) Hunnicutt, Paul (Kathy) Hunnicutt, sister, Kathy Hunnicutt, grandchildren, Abbigail Gasser, Ava Gasser, Reid McNeilly, Cameron McNeilly, Riley McNeilly, mother in law, Imogene McNeilly, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her father in law, Charles McNeilly, and sisters in law, Dyan Hunnicutt and Kathleen Kruger.
