Gregory T. Menza

Mr. Gregory T. Menza, age 76, a resident of Columbia, passed away Thursday October 29, 2026, at his residence.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Derek Hunter officiating. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on February 16, 1950 in Newark, New Jersey, Gregory was the son of the late Danato Menza and the late Angelina Masullo Menza. Gregory married the love of his life Eileen Culleny and together they celebrated forty-six years of marriage. Gregory enjoyed being outdoors and taking wildlife portraits, music, telling stories, was an avid Atlanta Braves fan, sports photography, going to the beach, cooking, and maintaining a well-groomed yard. He was a member of Grace Nazarene, where he loved worshipping his Lord and Savior Jesus. Spending time with his grandchildren brought him an tremendous amount of joy and he cherished every moment with them. A loving son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather, he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Jennifer (Eric) Yeater, Jessica (Alex) Jackson, Janah (Michael) Smith, sister, Joanna Lenox (Steve), grandchildren, Kinsley Yeater, Bryce Yeater, Annsley Jackson, Avery Jackson, Aiden Jackson, Liam Smith, and Lorelei Smith.
