Glen Alan Smith, 64, resident of Nunnelly, TN, passed away Saturday, April 10 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.
Funeral services for Glen are incomplete and will be announced later by Heritage Funeral Home.
Born September 22, 1956 in Morehead, KY, he was the son of the late Walter and Floy Decker Smith. He was a truck driver by trade.
Glen is survived by his daughter: Christal Page of Tampa, FL; stepchildren: Tommy (Sharon) Tidwell and Robert Tidwell, both of Bon Aqua, Janice (Eddie) Holt of Nunnely and Heather (Mark) Parrish of Centerville; sister: Terry Smith of Sebring, FL
