Delores Ellis

Delores Ellis, age 78, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2025, at Williamson Medical Center.

Born on September 2, 1946, in Memphis, Tennessee, Delores was the daughter of the late Sloan Campbell and the late Gladys Sartain. She graduated from Bartlett High School in Bartlett, Tennessee, and was of the Catholic faith.

Delores had a gentle spirit and a heart full of love for her family. She especially cherished time spent with her grandchildren, always bringing warmth and joy to their lives. She also found great companionship in her beloved dog, Bentley, who was the center of her everyday routine. Delores had a love for nature and took pride in her gardening, finding peace in tending to her flowers and plants.

She is survived by her loving sons, Shane (Jean) Ellis of Columbia, Tennessee, and Harold (Sarah) Ellis of Alabama; as well as several grandchildren, extended family members, and friends who will miss her dearly.
