Deborah Kay Martin

Deborah Kay Martin, age 67, resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at her residence.

Deborah was born May 3, 1958, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee and was the daughter of the late Curtis Leon Hudson and the late Bennie Sue Mayfield Hudson. She enjoyed working at Pats Café and Santini Clothing Factory. She enjoyed quilting, fishing, and most of all taking care of her grandbabies.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Herbert Martin, son, Curtis Shane Martin of Lawrenceburg, daughter, Danita Kay Hicks (Jeff Jones), sister, Sheila (William) Cothran of Ethridge, brother in laws, Stewart Martin and Willard R. (Mitty) Dickey, grandchildren, Chynna Pratt-Briggs, Carina Hicks, Payton Martin, and Paisley Martin, and great grandchildren, James Sims, Braxton Pratt-Briggs, and Shaun Lowe, and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Barbara Crosby and Sherry Valentine.
