Dean Allen Hills

Dean Allen Hills, age 63, husband of Mary Haddock Hills, and a resident of Collinwood, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at his residence.

Born on September 14, 1960, in Seattle, Washington, Dean was the son of the late Sonny Hills and the late Louise Jacobs. He previously worked in masonry construction before deciding to become a caretaker for his wife, Mary. A lover of the outdoors, he enjoyed fishing and camping. He was a devoted husband who had a very special place in his heart for his beloved dog, Pearl.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Amber (Lee) Williams, Danny (Liz) Kilburn, April (Jason) Junkins, brothers, David Hills, Donnie (Pam) Hills, sisters, Linda (Dale) Hellmick, Peggy (Terry) Casteel, Janet Redheart, Sherry (Ronnie) Rose-Bolin, nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will celebrate his life with a private service at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia is assisting the family with arrangements.
