David Louis LeAnna, age 73, resident of Hampshire, went on to be with the Lord on Friday, August 9, 2024 at Magnolia Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
David was born on June 13, 1951, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to the late Cyrus Norbert LeAnna and the late Mae Geneva Albers. A talented inventor and entrepreneur, David co-founded Do All Outdoors, known for its innovative clay pigeon thrower. He held at least 28 patents, including his latest invention, Use Itt. David also owned a coin business and an airplane, reflecting his diverse interests and passions. He enjoyed traveling extensively, having visited all 50 states and numerous international destinations.
David is survived by his children, Shane LeAnna, Lance LeAnna, and Annie LeAnna; his brother, Myron Lee LeAnna; his sister, Jean LeAnna Kruczynski; his grandchildren, Kaiden LeAnna and Kylie LeAnna; and the mother of his children, Salakruethai “Poom” LeAnna. He is also remembered by his nieces and nephews, Eric Rank, Chris Rank, Peter Rank, Barbara Rank, Carrie LeAnna, Myron Jr. LeAnna, Jason Kruczynski, and Jessica Kruczynski Jones; along with several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon LeAnna Rank.
