Crystal Dee Hood Craig

Crystal Dee Hood Craig, age 50, resident of Madisonville, Kentucky, passed away on September 13, 2025.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until the service hour at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Crystal was born May 20, 1975, in Englewood, California, and was the daughter of the late Franklin Hood and Leona Heck Meadwell. She loved conversation with anyone she met and was a caring person who would do anything for others, even when she herself was not in a position to help.

Along with her mother, Leona Meadwell, she is survived by her sons, Michael Hood of Columbia and Nathan Craig of Columbia; grandchildren, Kyleigh Hood, Charles Hood, Justin Eddleman, Jayda Jones and Paige Scott; cousin, Tanika Wine and her children, Brandon Sizemore and Bre-ella Sizemore; and great aunt, Pat Wine.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Sara Craig and Amy Scott.
