Charles "Eddie" Morton of Summertown, Tennessee

Mr. Charles Edward “Eddie” Morton, age 55, a resident of Summertown, passed away Thursday morning, March 5, 2020 at his residence.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 5-8PM at Southern Tre, Venue Room 2 through the courtyard up the stairs, 117 W. 7th St, Columbia, TN 38401. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

He was born on September 21, 1964 in Lewis County, TN and the son of Charles Hensley Morton and Edith King Davidson. He married Angela Potts Morton on August 10, 1991.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by children Julie Potts, Justin (Fiancé Makayla Campbell) Morton, Jennie (Ben) Smith, brothers: Randy King, Timmy Davidson, Bubba Morton, Steve Morton, Jonathan Anderson; sister; Tina Morton; brothers and sisters in law: Tim Potts, Michael (Christie) Goats, Jennifer (Timmy) Massie; and numerous dearly loved nieces and nephews.
