Carolyn Sue Guthery

Carolyn Sue Guthery, age 78, of Columbia, passed away on April 17, 2026, in Columbia.

Carolyn was born in Stromsburg, Nebraska to Raymond and Ellice Ackerman on April 14,1948. She graduated from Excelsior High School in Norwalk, California. She married Ernie L. Guthery on September 8, 1973, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Carolyn is preceded in death by husband, Ernie L, Guthery, father, Raymond E. Ackerman, mother, Ellice L. Ackerman, sister, Bonnie R. Hansen, stepson, Randy L. Guthery, nephews, Erik B. Hansen and Matthew R. Hansen.

Carolyn is survived by daughters, Renee Schmidt, Lisa (Jeremy)Vincent, brother, Jerry Ackerman, sisters, Janice (Steve) Taylor and Peggy Farnham, grandchildren, Danielle (McClain) Delk, Dakotta (Matthew) Champion, Dylan (Kathlyn) Vincent, Jordan Vincent, Brody Vincent, and Jenna Vincent, great grandchildren, Lorenzo Champion, Kambrie Champion, Bryan Delk, Waylon Champion, Maverick Champion, and Jade Delk, nieces and a nephew.
