Caleb Shane Hodges

Caleb Shane Hodges, age 48, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Maury Regional Medical Center, just two days shy of his 49th birthday.

Born on August 15, 1977, in Nashville, Tennessee, Caleb was the son of the late George Edward Hodges and the late Pamela Kay Tomlin Hodges. He spent many years working in the gutter industry before his health no longer allowed him to continue.

He was an avid fan of heavy metal music and also had a fascination with metal of a different kind, particularly swords, knives, and other unique pieces. He also enjoyed cars. Above all, Caleb was known for his wonderful sense of humor. He was funny, quick-witted, and had a way of making those around him smile.

He is survived by his children, Devlin Edward Lee Hodges, Dalton James Hodges, brothers, Anothony Hodges, Michael Hodges, Joseph Hodges, sister, Amber Hodges Thomas, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
