Brenda Lee Scott, age 62, a resident of Nunnelly, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at TriStar Horizon in Dickson.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Sheldon Tyree officiating. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in Rose Hill Cemetery. A visitation will also be held on Wednesday from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at the funeral home.

Born on October 10, 1964, in Columbia, Brenda was the daughter of the late Fred Scott and the late Audrey McCrary Scott. She worked many years at AOP Lighting in Dickson. A devoted Christian, Brenda found joy in music, especially country and gospel, and was an avid Alabama football fan. She treasured the companionship of her beloved dogs, Baby and Gizmo. More than anything, Brenda cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.

She is survived by her brother, Bobby Eugene (Brenda) Scott of Columbia, sister, Linda Potts (David Eatherly) of Lawrenceburg, and nieces and nephews, Autumn Potts, Brandy Martin, April (Mike) Damron, Andrea Siniard, Rebecca (Chris) Head, Cory (Kim) Scott, Angela (Izzy) DelToro, Jennifer Linhart, Timothy (Aspen) Linhart, and Chucky Linhart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Debbie Siniard, brother, Walter Scott, niece, Kaylee Siniard, and best friend, Reyna Gillahan.

Those serving as pallbearers will be Dakota Martin, Cory Scott, Mike Damron, Chucky Linhart, Timothy Linhart, and Tavaris Carter.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Brenda Lee Scott memorial fund.
