Belinda Gayle Bell, age 64, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Williamson Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Edward Dickson officiating. Burial will follow in Mars Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11:00 AM until the hour of service at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on June 24, 1961, in Nashville, Tennessee, Belinda was the daughter of the late Kenneth Brown and Peggy Sue Sawyers. She enjoyed camping and fishing in her younger years and always loved spending time at amusement parks. Above all, she cherished her family and found her greatest joy in being a grandmother.
Along with her mother and stepfather, Peggy Sue (Massey) Sawyers of Loretto, TN, survivors include her son, Dallas “Ricky” Bell and his companion, Emmalee Hamilton, of Rally Hill; brothers, Kenny (Angelia) Brown of Nashville and Eugene (Linda) Sawyers of Rally Hill; sisters, Bonnie Yates of Loretto, Teresa Sawyers of Rally Hill, and Jerri (Shandel) Houck of Centerville; and her beloved grandchildren, Ryan Bell, Brooklynn Bell, and Ryder Bell.
Pallbearers will be Jason Sawyers, Michael Fowler, Thomas Moore, Isaiah Whimbush, Wesley Crumley, and Sha Houck. Ryan Bell will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
