Axel Cole Mayo, infant son of Ben and Kim Mayo, went to be in the arms of Jesus on Monday morning, January 28, 2019.
The family will celebrate his life with services at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents: George Mayo of Columbia, Tracy Brown of Columbia, Kenneth (Melinda) Brown of Columbia; brothers: Bentley and Gannon Mayo both of Columbia; sisters: Keegan and Blayke Mayo both of Columbia; aunts: Ashley Brown, Alisha Mosley, Lacy Mosley; uncles: Tommy Mayo, Kenneth Brown; and cousins: Ethan Chatman, Cheyanne Chatman, and Lakayla Brown.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother: Deanie Mayo; and sister: Tanner Mayo.
