Johnnie B. Cantrell Harris, age 88, a resident of Franklin passed away January 30, 2014 at Maristone Assisted Living in Franklin. Memorial services for Mrs. Harris will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 7931 McCrory Lane, Nashville, TN. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Harris was born in Weakley County, Tennessee to the late Ben and Lottie Cantrell. Mrs. Harris was a resident of the Inglewood Community during her adult life and was employed at Direct Oil Company. She was a member of Eastland Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: James T. Harris. She is survived by her son: Gehrig (Barbara) Harris of Franklin, TN; grandson: Mitch Harris of Brentwood, TN; and granddaughter: Melissa Harris of Nashville, TN.
