Xavier Michael Modine went to be in the arms of Jesus on January 2, 2014 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. Xavier was the son of Samuel Jarret Modine and Hannah Michelle Ward and was born on January 1, 2014 at Williamson Medical Center. Though he only graced their presence for a short few hours, he will be cherished and remembered in the hearts of his family who will carry out his memory forever.
