Nilang M. Patel, age 44, a resident of Hull Ave. in Lewisburg, passed away Saturday evening, May 24, 2014 at the Mt. Pleasant Health & Rehabilitation Center. Born September 18, 1969 in Ahmedabad, India, son of the late Manu Bhai and Savida Ben and the husband of Sonal Patel of Lewisburg. He was a store clerk and a member of the Hindu Temple. Funeral services for Nilang will begin at 10:00 AM Wednesday , May 28, 2014 in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. In addition to his wife, Sonal, he is survived by a daughter: Dhruvi Patel; a brother Rajendra Patel; two sisters: Dipika Patel and Dimaxa Patel.
