Judith Johnson

August 19, 1946 - December 24, 2014

Judith Gerard Johnson, age 68, and a resident of Lewisburg, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at her residence, from a brief illness of cancer. The family will celebrate her life with services at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Williamsburg, Iowa on August 19, 1946 Judith was the daughter of the late Vern Gerard and Stella Thomas Wardenburg. She worked as a caregiver for the majority of her life and loved to garden, mow, build things, and ride her golf cart. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son: Jon (Mary) Gerard; daughter: Teri (Misty Henderson) Gerard; brothers: Vernon Gerard, Jack Gerard, Tom Gerard, Larry Gerard, and Bob Gerard; sisters: Jean Collingwood, Sue Gabriel; grandchildren: Jonathan, Logan, and Jennifer; and great-grandchildren: Teagen, Jadeyn, Addalyn, and Aurora. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Forrest; and second husband, Stephen Johnson.
